As a single developer working on many projects, support is very important to me.  I have been taking support questions through email for the last couple of years and strive to answer everyone in a very timely manner.

That said, for some reason many "problems" that I wish would come to me through email are only know to me through reading the reviews of my Apps on the iTunes App Store.

Going Forward I will try to maintain a FAQ on each product, and implement comments on some of my pages so that people can request features in a way that does not involve email.
